Welcome to NitroCam. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the NitroCam mobile and desktop applications. By using NitroCam, you agree to these Terms.
1. License and Usage
NitroCam is proprietary software owned by Azevedo Media. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software on devices you own or control.
2. Free Trial
NitroCam is free to use for 7 days from first launch, with no payment details required. The trial begins automatically when you first open the app and needs no purchase to start.
When the trial period ends, continued use requires one of the paid plans described below.
3. Subscriptions and Purchases
After the free trial, NitroCam offers three options:
- Monthly subscription: an auto-renewing subscription billed monthly. The price is shown in the app before you purchase, in your local currency.
- Yearly subscription: an auto-renewing subscription billed annually, at a discount to the monthly price. The price is shown in the app before you purchase.
- Lifetime license: a one-time purchase granting perpetual access. It is not a subscription and does not renew.
Auto-renewal
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
- Monthly and yearly subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the price of the plan you selected.
- You can manage or cancel at any time in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
4. Payments and Refunds
All payments are handled securely by Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Store). We never receive or store your payment card details.
- Refunds: because payments are managed by the platform providers, refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple or Google under their respective policies. We cannot issue refunds on their behalf.
- Price changes: if we change subscription pricing, the new price applies only after notice and your consent, in line with App Store rules.
5. Privacy and Security
Your security is our priority. NitroCam is designed to keep your media private.
- Local transmission: you are responsible for the security of your local Wi-Fi network. We recommend a password-protected, encrypted (WPA2/WPA3) connection.
- Lawful use: you may not use NitroCam for unauthorized surveillance, harassment, or any activity that violates the privacy of others.

6. Software Integrity
You agree not to:
- Attempt to bypass paid features or reverse engineer the Software.
- Distribute modified or "cracked" versions of the apps.
- Use the Software in a way that could damage or interfere with our discovery services.
7. Disclaimers and Liability
NitroCam is provided "AS IS." While we strive for excellence, we cannot guarantee that the Software will work on every hardware configuration or network setup.
- No warranty: we disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
- Limited liability: to the maximum extent permitted by law, Azevedo Media shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of data or hardware damage) resulting from the use of NitroCam.
8. Intellectual Property
NitroCam, including its logo, UI design, and proprietary streaming protocols, is the intellectual property of Azevedo Media. You may not use our branding without prior written consent.
9. Apple App Store
The following applies to copies of NitroCam obtained through the Apple App Store:
- These Terms are between you and Azevedo Media only, not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for the Software or its content.
- Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the Software. Support requests should go to nitrocam.app/support.
- If the Software fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price. Apple has no other warranty obligation.
- Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to the Software, including product liability, legal or regulatory compliance, or intellectual property infringement claims.
- You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo, and are not on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
- Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
10. Termination
You may stop using NitroCam at any time by deleting it from your devices. We may suspend or terminate your license if you materially breach these Terms. Sections 7, 8 and 11 survive termination.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
12. Updates to Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our Software or legal requirements. Continued use of NitroCam after an update constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
